Ghost Riders
will be offering both competitive and leisure riders the chance
to participate in BMX sessions. The sport is a great way to
keep fit as well
as building confidence, balance and coordination. Participants
are welcome from an approximate age of 4 years old upwards.
If you are competitive and want to race then all the help
is on hand to get you on your way. The CGR club is actively
involved in the North Region race series and has representatives
at all National events, also at the annual British Championships.
Novice races are held at all North Region and National events
for those just starting out.
The club has three Level 2 qualified British Cycling coaches
available for training purposes. All coaches are CRB checked
and first aid trained. There will be bikes and helmets available
for hire, however demand is expected to be high so please
contact the club to check availability. |

If
you wish to use your own bike then please ensure that it
is in a safe condition.
